Xeikon welcomes Mark Brussel

Named new CFO at Flint Group Digital Solutions Division – Xeikon

Eede, the Netherlands, 19 November 2016

Please be informed that Hildegard Verhoeven has decided to leave Xeikon. We are very grateful for all the efforts and contributions she has made over the last 2 years. In that time, Xeikon has undergone a lot of change, particularly during the last year with the due diligence procedure and the work to integrate of Xeikon within Flint Group. This would not have been possible without the professional input and guidance of Hildegard. We will miss her energy, commitment and her eye for quality.

A lot of industry experience

As a digital print organisation, Xeikon has now found a new home within the Digital Print Solutions division of Flint Group. We are therefore very happy that Mark Brussel, as of the 1st of October, will join Xeikon in the position of Chief Financial Officer – Digital Solutions where he will help us to further integrate within our new organisation.

Mark brings a lot of industry experience from OCÉ/Canon where he has worked since 1997. Before joining Xeikon, he was Vice President Business Controlling Wide Format.

Mark has gained extensive experience throughout his career in the field of business finance and knows the business models of the printing industry, and therefore Xeikon, very well. With his international experience (USA/Italy) and good knowledge of both Finance, R&D, Manufacturing & Integration projects, he will bring real added value to our organisation.
