Xeikon has been manufacturing industry-leading digital label presses and computer-to-plate solutions for more than 15 years. The success of these product offerings is based on four main value-proposition pillars: profitability (through higher productivity), quality, flexibility and sustainability.
Over the past few months, Xeikon has reinforced its dedication to the digital label and packaging markets with new generations of hardware, software and dry toner improvements. These include the introduction of new Xeikon 3000 Series of digital label presses, application tuned Xeikon QA-I toner, innovative Varilane imposition software and new workflow management capabilities.
Expanding into flexo and letterpress CtP solutions
As label and package printing are the true growth markets within the graphic arts industry, Xeikon has decided to expand its offerings with reliable, high quality digital CtP solutions for flexo and letterpress plate production.
Consequently, Xeikon has acquired Flexolaser, a leading and respected manufacturer of CtP devices for flexo and letterpress applications. Flexolaser was selected by Xeikon due to its excellent product design capabilities and best-in-class image quality.
In addition, Xeikon has acquired the rights to the Thermoflex trademark from Eastman Kodak Company. Thermoflex products are known for their unparalleled image quality, which is one of the core value-proposition pillars of Xeikon’s overall strategy.

To support the planned growth, Xeikon will further expand its marketing, sales and service teams in the coming months with knowledgeable experts from the flexo industry.
