The retail industry faces a growing need to increase and improve personalized communication with its customers.
Innovative and integrated approaches for integrated print and digital communication are available but, to say the least, not yet fully explored.

Xeikon, together with some of its partners in the field of data mining, data management, segmentation and personalization, decided to organize an event to increase awareness, information, and knowledge about state-of-the-art integrated customer communication.

The Xeikon Retail Day focuses on everyone at the retailers side involved in customer loyalty programmes, buyer segmentation, and personalized customer communication. Depending on the company this may involve marketing, marketing communications and/or IT management.
