Why dry toner?

Xeikon digital colour presses are all dry toner based, and for good reasons.

Combining superior image quality with excellent process stability, and without compromising printing speed, toner outperforms by far any other technology and inkjet in particular.

In addition, dry toner - as opposed to liquid toner - can be used with virtually any kind of substrate. Add to that the absence of solvents and the proven deinkability of dry toner printed material and you will understand that dry toner is a blessing not only for the operator but also for the environment (see link ingede).

Dry toner such as ours has already proven its strength and will gain importance in the future as more demanding applications emerge against the background of an increasingly stringent environmental legislation.
